God and a being walked across the heavens and came to a vast lake amidst
the clouds. And there was a division within the lake so it appeared that there were
two halves of water, one on the left side and another on the right.
The being looked into the waters of the left side of the lake and beheld a
vision of its life to be. The being saw the trials, the sorrows, and the heartaches it
would face. The being grew afraid of what would befall it in life and felt a yearning
for the vision not to be. Then the vision was taken away by the wind upon the
water’s surface.

But God said to the being, “I know the desire of your heart and you can
achieve it if you enter the waters of the left side of the lake. If you enter the waters of
the left side of the lake you will be given a gift, the knowledge of foresight. So, you
might foresee all hardships that will befall you in life. Trials you might foresee and
you might escape them. Sorrows you might foresee and you might avoid them, and
heartaches you might foresee and you might not endure them. Thus all the
hardships of your life might not touch your heart and from the day of your birth till
the day of your death your life might be nothing short of bliss.”
